Spring is approaching and with it a fresh breeze in our kitchen: the asparagus season begins! We are delighted to present our new spring and asparagus menu, which will be available from

March 13, 2024

will be available in our restaurant. With great care and creativity, our chef Jim Popes has created a selection of light, fresh dishes that will bring spring to your plate.

Experience the diversity of asparagus in our new dishes, from classic white and green asparagus with hollandaise sauce and parsley potatoes to innovative creations that go perfectly with entrecôte, pike-perch or our traditional Easter ham. Our à la carte asparagus menu offers something for every taste.

We also have exciting news regarding our reservation options: From mid-March, you can reserve a table with us at any time, even as a guest from out of town. Enjoy the culinary variety in the cozy atmosphere of our “Sonnbichl Stube” or at our hotel bar in the Hotel die Arlbergerin

Our carefully selected wine list, with a wide selection from Europe and especially from Austria, rounds off your dining experience. Let restaurant manager Mathias Kometer advise you personally to find the perfect wine for your asparagus dish.

The asparagus card is available until April 6, 2024. We recommend booking in good time so as not to miss out on this special taste experience. Reservations can be made by calling +43 5446 2243.
