If you do have to cancel that well-deserved vacation, we’ve now provided you with a simple platform. So that there is no need for a long written procedure to cancel the booking.

STABLE Rate
Cancellation conditions for private guests (1-4 rooms):
- Free cancellation: Until 40 days before arrival
- 100% of the price of accommodation: from 39 days before arrival
Cancellation conditions for private guests (1-4 rooms):
- Free cancellation: Until 120 days before arrival
- 50% of the price of accommodation: 119 – 90 days before arrival
- 80% of the price of accommodation: 89 – 30 days before the arrival date
- 100% of the price of accommodation: from 29 days before arrival
SHORT STABLE RATE
Cancellation policy for short stay:
- Free cancellation: Until 40 days before arrival
- 100% of the price of accommodation: from 39 days before arrival
NON-REFUNDABLE
This booking is not refundable
- 100% of the price of the stay will be charged at any time

1. Hotel Cancellation Plus
You have the option of taking out travel insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung directly at the time of booking.
Select Hotel Cancellation Plus as an additional service during the booking process
2. late arrival or early departure:
In the event of late arrival or early departure of the guest, 100% of the total accommodation costs will be charged, regardless of whether the rooms can be sold elsewhere.
3. no refunds:
No refunds will be made if the guest cancels their booking or does not show up (no-show), regardless of whether the rooms can be sold elsewhere.
4. changes to the booking:
Any changes to an existing booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Please note that these cancellation conditions are legally binding and apply to bookings made at our hotel. We recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance to cover unexpected events.

Special “treat” for you: Unfortunately Geil – The easiest cancellation of all time
We have come up with something very special for our guests in the form of our “Leider Geil” (Unfortunately Awesome) cancellation. This cancellation includes two parts: A “basic protection” and additional packages that make you even more flexible.
Cancellation Policy – Exclusive House Booking (Accommodation Price)
For an exclusive house booking, different and stricter cancellation conditions apply. The basis for calculation is the accommodation price (excluding local tax).
- Free cancellation: up to and including 120 days prior to arrival (0%)
- 119 to and including 90 days prior to arrival: 30% of the accommodation price (equals forfeiture of the deposit)
- 89 to and including 61 days prior to arrival: 50% of the accommodation price
- From and including 60 days prior to arrival until arrival: 100% of the accommodation price
- In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the full booked stay (100%) will be charged.
