• We will start with a welcome and then serve you a pumpkin ginger soup.
• as a main course we serve you the finest Fondue Chinoise from the buffet. Different kinds of meat of the best quality you can enjoy with hearty sauces.crunchy grilled vegetables and mixed salads, oven-fresh garlic bread, croquettes and baked potatoes as well as fried rice will be prepared for you.

We round off your Christmas menu with the finest wines. In our assortment you will find Austrian classics and European top wines.

For the sweet finale of the Christmas evening, we are happy to serve you freshly roasted coffee, fine liqueurs or a full-bodied noble brandy.
Together enjoy and experience the Christmas Eve anew, in the Bauernstuben or at our lounge in the Hotel die Arlbergerin. Let the evening end contemplatively with your loved ones.
